The First McLaren Group 7 Car!

Another exciting announcement from Tecnomodel!
</p>
Following the sold-out first examples of their 1/18 scale McLaren M20 and McLaren M6 models, Tecnomodel will produce a series of the first ever Group 7 McLaren – the Mk.I.
The most significant version on the list features the car as it appeared  in the marque’s sports car racing debut at the 1964 Canada Grand Prix at Mosport.
</p>
The Oldsmobile powered Mk.I, driven by Bruce McLaren and painted in the official New Zealand racing colors of Black with Silver stripe and trim, was the fastest car in the field and led until a throttle linkage problem brought the car into the pits.  It wouldn’t take long before McLaren began their domination of unlimited sports car racing.

We are now accepting advance orders for the entire range of Tecnomodel McLaren Elva Mk.Is as well as a new series of Ferrari 308 GTB Turbos. Click HERE for the list.

Many recent Tecnomodel models have pre-sold out within days of their announcement. We will guarantee delivery on Bruce McLaren #47 Mk.I orders placed by Friday, March 8.
