Two disc special edition biography of Swiss racing star Jo Siffert. One of the finest sports car drivers of his era Siffert was one of the star drivers of John Wyer's legendary Gulf Porsche 917s and headed up the pre-Penske factory Porsche Can Am effort.

Although an outright LeMans victory eluded him, 'Seppi' Siffert's sports car career highlights included a victory in the Targa Florio (with Brian Redman) and wins in the 24 Hours of Daytona and the 12 hours of Sebring (both with Hans Hermann).

In open-wheelers, Siffert scored a victory in the 1968 British Grand Prix at Brands Hatch in Rob Walker's Lotus 49B, the last Grand Prix victory for a true privateer. The Swiss star also won the 1971 Austrian Grand Prix for BRM, shortly before he was fatally injured in a non-championship Formula One race at Brands Hatch.

50,000 mourners and the entire Gulf Wyer team attended Siffert's funeral in his hometown of Friborg, Switzerland.
