Three vintage Indianapolis racing films produced in 1965 are now available on DVD for the first time ever!

'The Flying Scot' (b&w) is the story of World Champion Jim Clark and his racing life up thru the end of 1965 as told by legendary track announcer Tom Carnegie. The film includes interviews with Clark, his friends, parents and Lotus car builder Colin Chapman.

Two other films, both in color, show and tell the story of the 1965 Indianapolis 500 but were produced for different sponsors and present different points of view.

Some of the newsmaking events shown during the month of May include the exciting Pole Day story centered around the three consecutive record breaking qualifying runs by Mario Andretti, Jim Clark and A.J. Foyt, the qualifying of the Tombstone Life #56 Novi with Jim Hurtubise at the wheel and the fantastic performance of Jim Clark and his Wood Brothers pit crew during the race, culminating in a smashing victory for the first foreign driver to win at the Brickyard in almost 50 years!
